Steve Haglund has over twenty years of experience in strategy, business development, operations and consulting practice development in the information technology and oil & gas industries.  He serves as Vice President of Field Operations at W Energy Software where he spearheads the software developer’s field solutions for upstream and midstream.  Haglund was previously President of NeoFirma (acquired by W Energy Software in 2019), where he grew the software company into a category leader in mobile and cloud-based oil & gas field operations solutions.  Prior to that, Haglund co-founded and served as President of Insolexen – a business integration services company and Michigan Fast50 Award winner – which was acquired by Perficient, a public, IT services consultancy. Before that, served in various capacities with webMethods, Andersen Consulting, Baker-Hughes, and FMC.  Haglund graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and holds an MBA with Honors from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
