HIF Global, the global leader in the e-fuels sector, has announced that it has chosen Electric Hydrogen to provide the cutting-edge electrolyzer systems for its Texas e-Fuels facility. Electrolyzers are crucial to HIF Global’s plans to expand operations at its Houston-based facility, which provides the American economy with integral jobs and e-fuel for the emerging prosperity that is evident in the United States. Hydrogen has come a long way in a relatively short time frame, and the electrolyzers in question will be built in the US of A.

The HIF project in Texas will see the largest deployment of US-made electrolyzers

That is according to HIF Global’s Executive Director. The project in Texas has been bolstered by the news that HIF Global chose the American company, Electric Hydrogen, to provide the crucial electrolyzers, which are designed and made in the United States.

Electrolyzers are a crucial component in separating the gases in water, namely oxygen and hydrogen, through a process known as electrolysis. And Electric Hydrogen is universally recognized as a global leader in the design and manufacturing of electrolyzers.

Electric Hydrogen has stated that it manufactures “the world’s most powerful electrolyzers.” Which are crucial to critical industries that can’t decarbonize any other way. The project is seen as a massive boost to the hydrogen sector, which saw less production in the first half of this year than expected, as stated by the International Energy Agency in its annual report.
