Cornelius Sweers is an energy litigation and construction associate in the Houston office of Baker Botts, LLP.  Mr. Sweers advises clients on a broad range of energy, construction, and general commercial matters. Mr. Sweers graduated with highest honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 2016.
