HOUSTON, TX  — Infrastructure Networks, Inc., the leading provider of broadband wireless networks and LTE coverage to the energy industry, announced today that they have expanded their US footprint by increasing 4G/5G-LTE network coverage into remote areas of New Mexico and Oklahoma.  The Company has provided services for the bulk of the Permian Basin for years, but this expansion is adding more than 40,000 square miles of high-bandwidth coverage to remote oil and gas operations in New Mexico’s Delaware Basin region as well Oklahoma’s SCOOP/STACK Plays. The INET platform enables sophisticated wireless capabilities and Industrial Internet of Things (“IIoT”) functionality to the regions.

Scott Crist, CEO and Chairman of INET said, “We welcome our first industrial customers onto the newly-lit network for the Delaware Basin and the SCOOP/STACK. The reality is that the energy industry is at the forefront of a significant revolution where companies are embracing automation, analytics, and machine learning to help them more effectively compete in the new industrial marketplace.  The robustness and sophistication of our platform is helping companies embrace this evolutionary change taking place.”

INET provides the first end-to-end, dedicated wireless network capable of supporting the full range of  Industrial IoT solutions, and owns or controls spectrum (700 MHz, AWS and BRS/EBS broadband spectrum) covering a majority of the energy-producing assets in North America, including the Permian, Bakken, and Eagle Ford, and now areas of New Mexico and Oklahoma centered around the Delaware Basin and the SCOOP & STACK Plays. This LTE network deployment improves remote communications for oil and gas operators in drilling, completion, pipeline and production and opens the door to wireless service retailers on the INET network. Further expansions into North American sites are expected as the company continues to acquire licensed spectrum and energy operations increase.
