NEW ORLEANS, LA – The Louisiana Mid-Continent Oil and Gas Association (LMOGA) held its 2024 annual meeting highlighting “Louisiana’s Energy Future” on February 5-6, 2024, in New Orleans, La. In conjunction with the annual meeting, the LMOGA Board of Directors met and announced Leah Brown, Chevron as chair, and John Harrington, ConocoPhillips as vice-chair of the Association’s Board of Directors for 2024.

“For over a century, the Louisiana Mid-Continent Oil and Gas Association has worked to ensure the safe delivery of affordable energy, which in turn drives economic growth and improved quality of life,” said Leah Brown, LMOGA Chair. “In fact, the oil and natural gas industry plays an instrumental role in the production of countless items we depend on every day including clothing, electronics, and medicine. I’m humbled and honored to be a part of this business, to serve as chair, and support LMOGA’s on-going mission. It’s my hope our work will further support and strengthen Louisiana’s energy industry and continue to bring opportunity and prosperity for years to come.”
