Magellan X and Coolon Announce Strategic Partnership

Texas Mutual

Singapore – Magellan X and Coolon are pleased to announce they have entered a strategic partnership, combining Magellan X’s leading Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) software solutions, namely SOL-X Connected Worker Health and Safety, with Coolon’s Brilliant Connected Lights (BCL).

With technology playing an increasingly critical role in every aspect of business, companies recognize that they need to accelerate the development of digital solutions to ensure they remain on the competitive vanguard. The Magellan X and Coolon partnership brings together deep skills in business and technology strategy, product ideation, technology development and deployment, and organizational change management to help support clients through successful transformations.

The SOL-X solution provides a connected worker platform that improves safety operations by reducing the occurrences of incidents and improving compliance workflows. By leveraging the Coolon BCL infrastructure, the SOL-X solution can be deployed seamlessly with minimal maintenance, enabling customers to capture value sooner and focus on actionable insights. Coolon’s BCL simplifies digitalization on any industrial site regardless of its size, complexity, or infrastructure through lighting. Once powered up, the lights automatically interconnect, creating a robust mesh network across the site, enabling the deployment of innovative Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) devices and services such environmental, machine and worker monitoring.

“Partnering with Coolon to deliver transformation for our clients will allow us to conceive, design and build the next generation of transformative enterprise and digital products and platforms,” said Francesco Falsini, Enterprise Sales Director for SEA at Magellan X.

“We are excited to welcome SOL-X to our BCL ecosystem. Together, we will make the invisible visible and empower our clients to operate more efficiently and safely,” said Adrian Moo, Head of Product & Strategy at Coolon.

This collaboration represents a step change in the way both businesses address the needs of the market and the synergies enjoyed for innovative work and superior contribution to the rapidly evolving IIoT industry. Through this partnership, both companies hope to reach out to more customers in various industries such as Oil & Gas, Maritime, Mining, Chemicals, etc.

Do come and visit us as we will be participating at the coming event of “The 21st International Mining & Mineral Recovery Exhibition”, held from 13 to 16 September 2023 at Jakarta International Expo. Coolon’s booth number is B3-520 (Hall B3, #520). We will be showcasing both Coolon BCL and SOL-X solution as part of our partnership.
