Radian Generation is pleased to announce that its Executive Vice President of Compliance and Security, Kellie Macpherson, has been elected to the Board of the Solar Energy Industries Association.
“I am honored to help guide SEIA’s strategy in integrating solar and storage at scale,” said Macpherson. “Renewables are the fastest way to add power to the grid, which is critical as we face soaring demand from our digital economy. Our industry is no longer just about ‘clean’ energy; it’s about reliable energy, making compliance and security a top priority. I look forward to putting my experience to work with the new board.”
Macpherson has more than 15 years of experience leading compliance and cybersecurity programs for renewable generation assets. Since the inception of mandatory NERC standards, she has built and implemented over 200 compliance programs and supported audits across all six NERC regions. She has directed the development of six+ NERC CIP Medium control centers and currently leads a team responsible for daily compliance management for over 300 registered entities and assets across North America.
SEIA is working with companies and strategic partners in leading the transformation to a clean energy economy, creating the framework for solar to achieve 30% of U.S. electricity generation by 2030.
