HOUSTON – Sun Coast Resources, Inc., one of the largest wholesale petroleum marketers in the United States, has opened its newest facility in Broussard, La., to better serve the greater Acadiana area, along with south-central and southwest Louisiana. As one of the premier oilfield service suppliers in the southwest, Sun Coast provides onsite fueling and lubrication services, emergency fueling response and related products to thousands of companies throughout the United States.

Kyle Lehne, Sun Coast’s vice president of sales and marketing, said, “Sun Coast’s customers rely on us to keep them running at peak performance around the clock. Our mission is to enhance our customers’ buying experience, by operating out of 17 full-service warehouse/bulk plant facilities located near key demand areas throughout Louisiana, Texas and Oklahoma. Based on customer feedback, we chose a large, modern facility in Broussard, Louisiana, to provide exceptional service to enterprises, large and small.”

Sun Coast’s full-service facility in Broussard is located at 130 North Bernard. The company offers a wide array of wholesale petroleum products, including all grades of high quality gasoline, ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel, kerosene, jet fuel and mineral spirits and a complete line of Chevron, TOTAL and Mystik lubricants. Operations in Broussard include ‘will call’ services, bobtail, transport and lubricant deliveries, as well as an inventory of fuel and lubricant storage tanks for loan to customers. There are currently 22 Sun Coast employees onsite to serve customers.

Lehne continued, “Sun Coast’s new Broussard operation will complement our network of other facilities throughout the southwest and will be supported by our extensive, modern delivery fleet, as well as our team of experienced professionals.”
